VIGAN CITY ▬ Vigan has been evolving so fast. But the evolution I am referring to is selective. In Vigan, even when new trends start to appear in the world, the heritage will never be compromised. One of the changes happening in Vigan (but with heritage preservation) is the popping out of hotels, restaurants and spas. However, even if these business establishments are nushrooming in the city, preservation still takes place. Vigan is a city where there is a sustainable development. Truly, the past and the present intertwine.
As I roam around Vigan, I discovered this food haven in Hotel Luna. I tried its merienda buffet. The following photos explain what I discovered.
The merienda buffet is available daily from 1 pm to 5 pm at 175 pesos.
