[Vigan] ► City Hall Ready for Christmas, Decorated with Fancy Lights

VIGAN CITY ▬ The Vigan City Hall gave a twist on what it has to offer this Christmas of 2014. The City Government has been doing surprise Christmas tree lighting each year. But many were asking why there is no Christmas tree in front of the City Hall although many have noticed a white veil in front of the city hall. So what's the City LGU is cooking? The mystery was answered on the night of October 27, 2014 - the official day for the unveiling of the white curtain. Check out the photos below and tell me what you think. Havey or Waley?

So no big Christmas tree was shown (a Christmas tree was lighted in the Public Market though). The City Hall was decorated with fancy lights and life-size inanimate human on a carousel. Have you seen it? What can you say?
